My only concern about this private hospital is regarding the out-patients reception staff, I do feel they would benefit from a customer care course! They do not portray themselves in a friendly manner either face to face or on the phone - I am sorry to have to raise this complaint.

I have visited this hospital on several occasions for myself and my daughter. The staff were very efficient, good natured and professional
